Valley chef comes up just short of big prize

Easton chef Heather Williams came so close, but in the end, it wasn't quite enough to win "Hell's Kitchen." Williams, a sous chef at Marblehead Chowder House in Palmer Township, went head to head against Kimberly-Ann Ryan of Traverse City, Michigan, and seemed to have the edge early when she won three out of four of the first challenge.
