A federal parolee wanted in connection with an armed robbery of a Bay Area bank was arrested Thursday evening after leading law-enforcement officers on a high-speed chase that started in central Fresno and ended in Tulare County.

Two men arrested at Traver rest stop

Felipe Rodriguez Cardenas, 40, and Luciano Villanueva Chavarria, 26, both from Van Nuys, were taken into custody on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
