I wonder what they could have found out about the circumstances of the death of Warner jr. if they only had spent as much time and energy on this murder case as they are now spending on finding out whether or not Warner sr. was allowed to demonstrate in Ruidoso.

It's plain to see where the priorities are in this County.

The Judge, Adam Rafkin was trying to rule on the case before the parties were finished presenting their case. Could Adam have already predetermined how he was going to rule? Sounds like. Look Adam, even if the fix is in at least wait until the end to try and rule. Otherwise it looks bad.

Who is it that this letter is addressed to?
http://s847.photobucket.com/albums/ab36/capit...

Who is it that is investigating the Werner case?

Richard Swenor use to be the chief of police in Ruidoso. He was the chief when Randy Spear applied for a job with that department and Chief Swenor hired him. How was it that an uncertified man was hired, swore in and given a badge with no background or proof of certification? Flash forward to now. Chief Swenor is now an investigator with the Ruidoso Police Department. He was investigating the Werner case.

Here is how it goes, "Mr. Spear, are you certified"? "Uh, yeah". "Great, here is your badge".

Here is how it still goes, "Eric, did you kill Davis"? "Uh, no" Great, you are free to go".

I wonder if you detectives know the whole story. Did you know the State Police and Attorney Gererals Office also investigated this case. I wonder do you know that by Federal law you only have to report 10% of funds earned for a "Foundation". I wonder what Warner did with all that money. It seems funny that he only works on weekends and holidays lately. I wonder did you know the fire department earned 15,000.00 for kid with M.S, that same weekend Warner was out looking for donations. I wonder if he pulled in close to 15 g's. Hey I wonder if thats how he payed for that fancy new motor cycle he's driving around. I wonder wasn't his original story that he was saving for a private detective? I wonder did you know detectives aren't that expensive. I wonder if you detectives listen to everything your told. If I need a detective would you guys help me out. By the way Rafkin is a Defense Attorney. I wonder if you knew that

No, Chief Swenor is NOT an investigator with the Police Department in Ruidoso. His official title is "Agent," and he does not serve in an investigatory capacity.

Not So Sunny - you have posted all this in almost the same words but under another nick name before.

Do you have any proof Warner doesn't work?

Do you have any proof how much he "earns" in the streets?

Do you have any proof he bought that bike with donations?

Do you have any proof said bike is his property?

You hear or see something and your brains start mixing it with your speculations and since you hate Mr. Warner your conclusions are all focused on "Warner is a liar and a crook".

I do remember you old posts about how bad Warner is, how bad he treated his son and that he didn't work and stuff like that. However I don't remember that you presented anything other than you "opinion". Sadly your opinion is not really the point in this case. It's the facts. Give us some facts and we can discuss them but please stop beating a dead horse - we've had enough speculations yet.

And when you are already summing up the facts, would you please tell us why the investigations of the alleged suicide of Warner jr. are so lousy that nobody and I mean NOBODY can overlook the faults that were made? We are not talking about a little sloppiness we are talking about the lousiest investigation in the book. NO DETECTIVE can deny this. So let's talk about cause and symptom - you want Warner to be the "low- level j e r k" in order to make people forget WHY this man is out in the streets.

And BTW, it IS expensive to produce fliers, write letters, make phone calls, engage a private detective and pay a lawyer. He won't have all these costs if his son was still alive and he won't have all these costs when the detective had done his job.

What does an "Agent" do? Is an "Agent" someone who left the police force for a number of years and when he came back he never did his waver course at the State Police Academy to get recertified. Thanks for pointing that out as he carries a badge and calls himself an "Agent" instead of an officer or Investigator. Anyway, he was involved in the Warner case where he stepped on his Di*%. Do you want to call me a lire about his involvement or do you want to think about it. Of course Swenor witnessed his buddy Randy operate for 13 years with no certification so why not. Know what I mean?

P.S. Officer Icle, the reason you can't get anything done up there is that you don't need a private detective all you need to do is call the court and ask who it was that heard the case.

OFFICER ICLE WROTE: "If I need a detective would you guys help me out. By the way Rafkin is a Defense Attorney. I wonder if you knew that"

Judge Line has been out of court on other matters. Adam Rafkin is the interim judge when Mike Line is unable to hear cases.

Their others like you, Not So Sunny. I see the same things you are seeing. You are not alone. It's a small town people, it's not hard to figure out. Warner is nothing but a big bully. He reportedly went into Auto Zone the other day and physically pushed somebody while saying the FU word. He is not a very good role model, that's for sure.

CC nobody called Warner a role model. What I don't like and we had a long discussion on this - I don't like all these accusations without any proof it is so. Who tells you it's his bike and if so with what money he paid for it? Who tells you how much money he "collects" every month? Who tells you how high is expenses for the "case" are?

Nobody says you have to like that guy - still I think he has good reason to protest and demonstrate and demand to get reasonable answers to his questions about what happened to his son and why the investigation is full of mistakes - unbelievable stupid and unprofessional mistakes.

I'm not sure if I liked Warner either but I want to know what happened to his son and why the police did such a lousy job.

Dude, are we seriously coming down on people because the way they behave in Auto Zone? I was in ato zone wearing my velvet flip flops and some redneck told me to "put some socks on". You're damn straight I wanted to push him.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Scorpio

Something about your personality or appearance is drawing a lot of attention today, Scorpio. People insist on watching when you'd rather that they minded their own business. Your stubborn streak at a time when flexibility would be easier. Be kind to those with long memories, especially if you think you might run into them again at some point in your life. If you can't think of anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
