UPDATE Toppenish man driving in wrong lane killed in crash
A 21-year-old Toppenish man was killed about 1:30 this morning when his car, which was traveling in the wrong lane, struck another vehicle head-on on Van Belle Road one-half mile east of Granger, the Washington State Patrol reported.
