Person shot in robbery dies

Full story: The Capital-Journal

A shooting during an armed robbery Monday night at a Highland Park liquor store left one person dead and capped a wild west type of day in the capital city.

About time people stand up for themselves. Enough of the being afraid to go into the streets. Lets take back our city. The criminal got what he deserved. And saved the honest taxpayers a bundle on a speedy trial? More power to the stand tall citizen.

One for the good guys. They take chances and expect to rob and get away with it. The store owner puts his life on the line in situations like this....He could have been the one killed. Now it is time to even the score. If the robbers comes in to rob, they now have a 50/50 chance of getting shot and killed. Only now are we beginning to play on on even playing field. If these robbers want to play an adult game, guess what, they pay when they play...
