Radio tower struck by lightning at Courthouse
A lightning strike to the emergency communications tower slowed operations for a couple of hours late Saturday night into Sunday morning in Tama County.

Gordon Lasley Jr., 25, was indicted by a federal Grand Jury on Thursday, April 10, for the murder of parents Gordon Lasley Sr., 60, and and his mother, Kim Renee Lasley, 57. Gordon Lasley Jr. had earlier been charged with the murders in Tama County District Court in Toledo.
