Red Hook Police: Town man in jail on charges of driving drunk into Tivoli crowd

A 22-year-old Town of Red Hook man remains in Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 bail following his arrest on charges accusing him of driving a stolen Hummer drunk, into a crowd of people in downtown Tivoli.
