For the second time in as many months, embattled Gretna Councilman Jonathan Bolar's federal trial on charges of extortion and tax evasion has been postponed.

The London Avenue Canal floodgates remained closed Sunday as rain fell steadily and the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning around noon for most of the metro area.
