Two road projects have the potential to create traffic jams this week in the Fredericksburg area.

A Spotsylvania County jury this week recommended a five-year prison term for a man who exposed himself while driving on Interstate 95.

Two people have been charged with inflicting life-threatening injuries on a Fredericksburg man at his home Wednesday night, police said.

Sunday-Thursday, 10 p.m.-4:30 a.m.; motorists will be restricted to one lane on I-95 southbound just south of Exit 143 .
