Soldiers found a ton of marijuana that was in a vacant lot here on Friday. Mexican army soldiers conducting a routine patrol along Calle Pinta in the Colon neighborhood noticed marijuana odors emanating from a vacant lot about 1 a.m. Friday, according to a Mexican defense ministry statement.
