The Criminals of Tenaha, Texas

Americans and texans need to contact the department of justice in washington and the IRS to go after the Police officers and DA in this town of Tenaha Texas. The proof was actually shown on national TV of cash paid to officers with the canceled checks. Sieze the assets of this town and DA fast before they spend this money they stold in from of children by Police in small town of Tenaha, Texas, near the Louisiana line, have found a way of turning law enforcement into a lucrative racket. According to a recently filed federal lawsuit, police there routinely stopped passing motorists -- the vast majority of them black -- and threatened them with felony arrests on charges such as money laundering unless they agreed to sign over their property on the spot.And placing the children in protective services. Who do the communist people think they are?

The DA and the three officers involved should be placed in federal custudity before the start shreeding documents and the Baptist church is also invovled.

If the moneys are already spent from the people who commited no crime, Sell the police cars and building. Many Louisiana sherriffs are in prision now for these type crimes. Lets not be like Louisiana and look the other way. Texas is a great state and we do not need crimal law enforcement and DA's

This is another reason why Texas is a disgrace to the American Flag. Texas is not a bad place and I have even lived in that crapy dirty fifthy corrupt NJ. Tenaha Texas is not in my backyard. This town is a cult of criminals just like other states have and in america we have rights to stop it. Someone has to step up and report these things. I spent my day contacting the IRS, Department of Justice and even whats his face at the white house. I live over 150 miles away. I drive to Dallas and buy used cars to fix and sell. I also carry thousands of dollars in cash to pay for them. If they stop me and take my income that I also pay taxed to the IRS with, I will make them kill me and my family and it will be the last time they see there family to. As far as Texas not being part of the US? Sounds good to me now that so many companies are moving here and it is the source of most of the countries oil and gas. Something that is not needed I guess in NJ with all of the oil wells there. Watch for the dates coming soon to CNN, MSNBC and FOX out of Dallas. The IRS is now involved with these folks personal finances and property and for some of there friends and co workers banking and tax returns. get involved and lets destroy this cartel of criminals. Write your congressman, IRS Department of Justice in Washington. WE need federal Criminal Charges filled against them including the Mayor because it sounds like he is hiding something to.

Would someone please publish the DA's home phone/cell phone and address, and the police officers on http://www.youtube.com for the world to see. Call them and the city hall/police station and tie up all comunications for this town. the radio frequincies are available at the FCC.gov web site as public information. Call and tie up the internet services 911 24 hours a day and complain and harass them and there families. Give them a taste of what they dish out. dont forget the mayor's address and phone number for the past 35 years.destroy there lifes so they must move to mexico to be safe.

This and other towns have been doing this for a long time. They did this when I lived in TX. The residents of this county will likely have their property tax increased a lot to pay the suit. And the DA and others will go to jail. I have heard the FBI and justice department is looking into. Does anyone know anything about this.

The citizens of this county are partly responsible for this and should pay. If you think not you are wrong.

The DA and police chief will be in jail minimum 10 years.

Exactly. Texas like every other state has its criminals, but, that alone should not be reason to hate the state, if so, then hate all of them.
Tying up the 911 phone line, would make you a criminal and more so if a call is not answered due to your calls and someone who actually needs hel, dies, you then are responsible for that death. think good and hard about these calls, which I think is an ignorant way to respond to this proble, let those, investigating do their job.

What town keeps a Mayor that long, I am wondering does this town have all there teeth or are they snaggle tooth kind. Seriously, they are a disagrace to the human race and all involved, should be arrested, charged with crimes and suffer the consquences as most do when they do something illegal. I live about 15 miles from Tenaha.The D.A. was a Barhoe.She owned a club called Bandini's.She would get'em drunk on fri and sat. night Defend Monday morning.Her Husband is a cop in Center Texas which is the County Seat of Shelby County.He was arrested for molesting a child.But no evidence was found so it was thrown out"I wonder Why"Alot of people from Shelby County Black and White have been begging for Justice for many years.Nobody has ever done anything about it before.They also need to check and see how the D.A. tried some of her drug cases.I thought it was againist the law to use felons as informints.Why don't the FBI and others hear our crys and help us rid our county of these "OUTLAWS".Please Hear our crys..........
