Ohio man charged in assaults, theft
An Ohio man was scheduled to be arraigned today on charges of robbery, simple assault, retail theft and harassment after he allegedly used pepper spray on Wal-Mart employees and a customer Friday during an attempt to steal cameras from the Hilltop Plaza store.
