City Rescinds Mandatory Water Conservation Stage 2

Today, the City of Temple is rescinding stage 2 mandatory water conservation restrictions and moves back into Stage 1 voluntary water restrictions. Shannon Gowan, Director of Communications, says that the daily water demand is now back to a level that allows the City to move back into a voluntary water conservation stage.
