If the girls meet the criteria by age to be considered minors and he did it for sexual gratificaton - then he could be looking at Child Pornography charges as well.

Had you read the article you would know that he snuck into the girls restroom at school to take these pictures. The girls are minors. It doesn't matter why he took them. He took them without the girls consent. |

Possession/Production of Child Pornography would be the bigger charge. Voyuerism is pretty lame. I did read the article. But there other charges that could be leveled if he meets the criteria. Personally a felony with lifetime sexual predator registration requirements (know where he lives and works and what he looks like) is better than 6 months in some juvenile correctional (yeah, right) facility. I am not saying he should go unpunished for anything - just that it could be a bit more involved. I think we agree most points. |
