Local News UT trustees talk cuts, consider removing 3 programs By Chloe White Wednesday, June 17, 2009 University of Tennessee trustees discussed deeper cuts in academic programs, scrutinized budget plans and pushed for more aggressive private fund-raising as they began two days of meetings Tuesday.
