Convenience store operator accused of failing to pay OT, minimum wage
The operator of two convenience stores that sell gasoline has been accused of not paying employees a minimum wage or overtime. The U.S. Labor Department makes the accusation against Mohammad Tahir whose Lewisburg-based business operates stores in Tafton and Greentown under Shalimar Distributors and TAFS Corp., respectively.
