Construction work continues -- slowly but steadily -- on the long-awaited new municipal complex in Sylvan Springs, but it's not moving nearly fast enough to satisfy the mayor of that small West Jefferson community.

The GopherHole Arts, Crafts & Gifts Spring/Easter show returns to the Brooklane Community Center in Hueytown, Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. There will 43 booths on the inside of the community center and 10 on the outside, she said in an email Thursday.
