HEADLINE; Ross Defendants die of food poisoning! They did not know it would be their last! This would be justice and save money, we do not have! There should be an investigation to find how they got the guns! Then we need to find who told they had the right to shoot into a crowd of people at a school sporting event! Democrats are guilty of malice when it comes to this tragic event!

I do hope they spend the rest of there life's in prison and in fear of what will happen to them there, but people we need to understand there is low life thugs and gangbangers in every race,and pretty much in all area's we just need to make a stand and let it be heard ..so that people like melody or anyone else for that matter don't lose there life's because of these scum bags...

I'm sorry to tell you this BUT a lot of people know Tom and we know him very well.When we were told he was arrested it did not surpise anyone. His name was dropped by a lot of people, mostly his friends.The Ten Commandments # 5 said :You shall not kill. Respect For Life. Tom do you have any respect for live?? When Tom meets his maker he will have to anwser that question.....

The article says there are over 350 pages of stuff the prosecutors have on those two, and you can bet none of their school work is in that pile of papers. It's evidence. I'll bet they found the gun in Tom's residence too, it's just not being reported yet. Without even being there, I'd say they got the right person. Many eyewitnesses ID'd him too. And he belongs to the gang that is a rival to the other two boys who got shot. And don't be surprised if you hear that Daivion is working out a deal right now with the prosecutors to testify against Tom so that he will get a reduced sentence. Just my hunch, and it does make me feel better. These blog pages are for opinions. There's mine.

It would be a lot easier for us to "focus more on yourself & the people you care for" if thugs like this didn't go around randomly shooting our loved ones. Get a clue...I think the police know for sure, otherwise they wouldn't be able to keep them locked up over the holidays. Those gangbangers are the low lifes of society.
