I would have no problem with the death penalty for this person. At worst, life in prison, no parole.

No because then our taxes would be paying for his food and housing. I don't wanna pay for this piece of shit to breathe, just kill him. But as somebody said, that won't happen in Illinois, he'll get paroled and be back on the streets in no time.

Yep, caught in Illinois out on bail by morning..

The more stories I hear like this, the more I wish they'd bring back chain gangs and hard labor and public executions.

I'm sure Illinois has plenty of old quarries and salt mines where scum can make big rock into little rocks all day long.

They'll get it when we realize that these animals aren't getting anything useful out of confining and counciling, for punishment.

No facility but I did 4 six month deployments on US Navy ships..

I remember where a state wanted to use a former Navy ship has a rehab and training center anchored off the coast..

The prison system determined it to be inhumane...even for a 90 day period?

I guess there was no cable TV??

I would guess that was close enough. LMAO
" The prison system determined it to be inhumane...even for a 90 day period? "
Maybe they should come to Tennessee and take notes concerning the prisons here. The only prison that is luxurious is the state prison for women.
It was a repair ship that had all the major manfacturing equipment of a real factory.

Metal lathes
Milling machines
Wood lathes

All the metal working equipment that you could posibly dream of.

Plus living and eating spaces

Every thing you could posibly want to start learing a trade or skill, and potentially get out of the court system.

but instead just because they would be at sea in cramped condition and actually have to work..The ACLU determined it to be inhumane.

So another opportunity for valuable rehab and retraining shot to hell in favor of just sitting around and watching cable TV waiting for the next meal.

Another good idea shot to hell. What can you expect from the folks who brought us The Bush Years?(I know, I know; can't blame the Bushies for prison stupidity, but gee, it's fun to pretend. Damn, I'm glad he's outta there, but his replacement is a dingus too.)

Actually you can't blame either, however you can blame the penal system and the ACLU and Judges..

You're right, likely they receive little help from counciling. Counseling might be of some aid. English cannot be your first language. What is?

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Aquarius

This is another day when financial matters cause trouble, as Mars reverses in your seventh house. What started off as a minor niggle with a partner or an opponent yesterday could now escalate into a full-blown row, but at least this will give you the chance to get certain things out into the open. Legal issues from the past may become ugly. If you're pointing the finger of blame at someone, don't get so heated that you accuse them of everything under the sun.
