Route 15 in Sparta reopens after accident
SPARTA -- Route 15 has reopened following a shutdown that lasted for more than an hour after a car struck a cement truck, causing it to overturn in the southbound lane near mile marker 12 shortly before 10 a.m. Friday, police said.
