Once again- why do people who not live in Swannanoa feel it necessary to add their two cents- if Richard Rice's comments can be said to be worth even that. If he actually had something at stake i Swannanoa, perhaps he'd take care to be better informed.

This group of people on the Swannanoa Task Force(Pro-Incorporation) will someday run our town if this thing passes. Not to mention the TAXES that will shoot through the roof. Plus there leader Dave Alexander is a thief. He was caught red handed stealing a NO Incorporatin sign right off someones property. Check out this video and the other like it:
