Vermont regulators have rejected a noise complaint aimed at a Vermont industrial wind farm.

A Northeast Kingdom man who talked about ripping out the throat of his ex-girlfriend and boasted of 'slapping the court' is facing a possible sentence of life in prison after being charged as a habitual offender, court records show.

The 2012 Weston Craft Show's "Peoples Choice Award" was recently presented to Trenny Robb and Bob Michaud of "High Beams Lighting." From their studio in Sutton, Vt, these two artistans handcraft one of a kind copper and brass lighting, with lampshades created using real leaves, petals, mica, fabric and parchment.

"People like Gordon Ramsay, but let's face it," Edna Sutton says. "British food doesn't have a great reputation." Sutton knows her native fare is notorious for graying veggies and beyond-recognition meats.

Colin C. Sheehan, age 65, of Richford, passed away at his home on Sept. 2, 2012 with his family present.
