What a joke Gary Esslinger. I have been telling the District for serveal years about the possiblity of more eletric. You lie to the farmers just like holding back on their priority dates in the Lower Rio Grande adjudication until a recent declaration, after I have been in court for 8 years saying such. Well I guess it goes back to the orgins of the District as they stole from my family and others the waters of the Rio Grande to give to Texas. A class action suit is in the works....
