Wow, Great letter Commish. I lived on the east mesa in and area not so difficult as your east mesa and drainage was a very tough issue as houses sprung up and raods went in. I wish we had had such a meeting way back then.

After it rained on Friday weisner rd. was flooded. Smith and aguirre company were pumping some of the water out(great!) but then I go back to my house and I see them releasing it onto the end of Corona rd.(what the he!!) do to that, abuot 6 vehicles got stuck for the next 3 hours. I repeat: what the he!!

I live in a home in Mesilla Park that was built in the 1880's and our neighborhood has no drainage. So my comment to the east mesa residents is this, get in line.
