Dona Ana County officials said people who use water within the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority should start conserving water immediately as the result of a failing well.

Dona Chole Tortillas and Tostadas, located at 1809 McNutt Road in Sunland Park, was downgraded by the New Mexico Environment Department following an inspection on Wednesday.
