Murder charges in Morgan shooting sent to grand jury

With evidence like this,the Grand Jury doesn't have much choice.Just indict the suspect and let's get on with it.

I really feel for Shirley. Loosing her brother, and probably loosing her husband to prison. She wasn't in the best of health already.

whoever you are that calls yourself I know, doesn't know the facts... Stewarts parents do not have alot of money....because he bled them dry to support his habit....as for the land... their will was finalized years ago...so ther's no motive...

Oh yea there is money, might not be alot but for Ronnie Kennedy it doesn't matter, he wanted it all. And so what if the will was finalized years ago, i f someone dies then that means more to the more than is alive. Sounds to me that someone is filling your eye full os bull sh__. The "facts" are the TBI found blood on Ronnie's shoes in his house and in his truck. At this time this is the only evidence that has been released, though I'm sure there's more. So no, at this point there isn't a concrete motive. But judging by the evidence, you don't have to have a motive to murder someone. Stewart is still dead, and the evidence points to Ronnie. With or without a motive.

When is the trial? Or has he already been offered a plea deal. If he knew all the evidence, which he soon will, he should take the deal. I would hate to see his wife and children go down for his greed along with him. You are right they should be thinking on their own and making some decisions. Open your eyes girls before it is too late. Ronnie, we know the motive.

Ronnie kennedy has been a criminal for many years.
pimping young girls out of the motel they owned in sunbright, dealing dope out of the pool hall they had and heavens knows what else the bastard done.
shirley is not innocent, she knew everything that went on for years. the girls no so much. but the oldest knows more than what you think. so does Don Makins and Ivory Hamby.

What does the kids know? Are you saying this was a family planed conspircy. Maybe that is the motive.

I find a lot of events that have happened around these families odd or very coincidental. Lets see first around the mid to late 90's Rhonda and Don's double wide burnt on Mill Creek. Then around '99 or so the Motel in Sunbright burnt. Then after that Ivory and Bea's house burnt on Pea Ridge. In '06 Tammy and Ivory had charges for setting road side fires taken before the Grand Jury, but no true bill was returned. After that in June '08 GIDGET LEE ROBBINS HAMBY (Wade's wife) was mysteriously killed in a car accident. I also believe that before this Wade had a truck disappear, believed to have been destroyed for insurance money. And the latest in this line up of tragedies was the murder of Stewart Davidson in March '09. So I ask, are all these tragedies just coincidental?

Sounds like Ronnie,and his family: Shirley,Tammy,Ivory,Rhonda and Don, may have had a hand in this MURDER. There may be more to the motive, and the hiding of evidence after the fact. Has the D.A. Office looked into these coincidental tragedies. Maybe they should be searching houses,computers, stuff of that nature. That whole family has a history when it comes to bad judgement and morels. I can't see the jury having a hard time with the right decision.Justice will be served in Jan.2010. Please pray for justice for the Parents and the Children Of Stewart Davidson,MURDERD ON MARCH 7,2009. May God Bless them all!

Stewart,you was by far my best friend. You will never be forgotten. some times it seems as though you should not be gone.Then we remember that awful sat.7a.m. on March 7,2009. I can't get it out of my mind what you must have felt looking in the eyes of a cold hearted,cold blooded killer. Rest in peace Stewart,for justice will be served.Love always your Best Friend...
