Question: "Now that the city has widened the bike lane on Pantano Road between Speedway and Broadway by narrowing the car lanes, is there any hope they will raise the speed limit back to 40 mph? The remaining portions of Pantano Road are either 40 or 45 mph," Jim Kelly wrote.
