Teen drivers from Cumberland and Franklin counties will compete Wednesday in a safety competition sponsored by P ennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District 8 and South Central Pennsylvania Highway Safety.

DA: Shaffer recently released from prison for similar assault

Cumberland County District Attorney Dave Freed said Clarence Shaffer was released from Camp Hill State Prison just four days before allegedly abducting a HACC student and sexually assaulting her.
