Joyce L. Peterson, 80, of Chandlers Valley passed away on June 30, 2009 at her home.

Just like Sugar Grove the day before, Youngsville Post 658 started out 1-0 Friday in Warren County Senior American Legion Baseball with a 22-2 win over the Sheffield Sports Boosters, which is 0-2. Youngsville scored early and often, with multiple runs in each of the shortened five-inning game.

Crash. According to Conewango Township police, officers responding to a two vehicle crash at 8:13 p.m. Saturday at 1070 Jackson Run Rd., in which two people sustained injuries and were transported to Warren General Hospital.
