Taft Promise Neighborhood to host Youngstown job fair Thursday
The free event will be at OCCHA at 3660 Shirley Road near Midlothian Boulevard from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Organizers say the fair is "felon friendly," meaning most, if not all, of the employers at the job fair, will accept applications from those who may have certain felonies on their record. The Youngstown office of Community Legal Aid Services will be there and have paralegals and attorneys on hand to answer questions on record sealing, obtaining certificates of qualification for employment and solutions to any other issues that may prevent employment.
