It's a tough call..
On one hand it wasn't forceful or violent
on the other hand he was a repeat offender.
Life in prison is pretty rough though but our children of this country need to be protected.
Glad I'm not the judge.

WTF???????

"It wasn't forceful or violent".
Are you f-ing kidding me?

In most cases, pedophiles lure their victims through acts of kindness and then court them slowly until they can make their first rape of the child non-violent. Unfortunately their warped minds don't understand that all rape is violent, not sexual, no matter how many boxes of candy they buy or flowers they present it is an act of violence that scars the child for LIFE.

Either you are completely ignorant, or a member of NAMBLA. Keep thoughts like that to yourself
or the topix editors will be passing your name on to the SVU.

Sick, sick, sick.

Lock him up. Throw away the key and let prison justice teach him a lesson he'll never forget.

Let's use the homosexual community argument: How dare you force your morals on these two consenting people. They should have the same rights as other couples. Love makes a family. This is nothing bug ageaphobia.

What state says a 14 year old is an adult?

What state says a 14 year old is capable of making adult decisions like consenting to underage sex with a pedophile?

When were you molested and how has it affected you? Never mind. We already know. You condone it and have lost touch with reality, obviously.

Yeah but it's life in prison. While I do agree that he is scum, do you have any idea how much it's gonna cost to hold him for his entire life? Can you condone an entire life rotting away? If He killed her I can understand but it's not like she's dead now is it? Emotional trauma will eventually fade but his entire life is gone now. Now I don't defend him, I don't believe life in a prison at our expense is a fair judgement.

There is no doubt that he lured the young girl in. While they were a couple, he had no right to be in a relationship with a girl that young. Also the parents... he was THERE with her in front of her parents yet they didn't provide proper supervision. Needless to say it is not a justified to defend their "relationship" especially since he is a repeat offender.
Though I still think life in prison is too harsh, as many murderers don't even get life in prison. Well then again repeat offenders do..

I'm thankful you aren't the judge in the case. Life is an appropriate sentence and money well spent. If you feel bad, visit him. You'll find no sympathy from me and neither will he, especially from his new cell mate, Cletis.

If a child molester knew he was going to get mandatory life in prison even for the first offense, I imagine we'd see a reduction in cases as these. If a rapist would face a mandatory life sentence, we'd see a reduction in the number of rapes in this country. If our justice systems got tough with these type of criminals and lay off the insignificant harmless cases, females of all ages would feel and be a lot safer. Let these jerks go to a prostitute if they so desire. Most of them can't get an honest lay if they tried, and must rape the unwilling to get any satisfaction. This country's priorities are so screwed up, it causes much innocent human suffering. Get tough with the real criminals, who commit real crime.

Thank you. I wish more people would have the balls to stand up to the G A Y Lobby. These people are the most intolerant group of mental degenerates in our society with each bordering on deviation, p e d o p h i l l i a, and psychosis. Their argument that how dare we force our morals on them is a lazy, non-compelling argument that should make the rest of society furious. The Gay Lobby should go back to where it belongs - the Closet.

Flag it all you want if you can't take sarcasm. Of course pedophilia is wrong, just as homosexual behavior is wrong. I've said that in many posts. So again, let's use the logic argument instead of emotions. No state allows underage sex, so therefore no one has the right to do that. Well the many states used to have laws against homosexual sex. Did the gays sit back, and say okay, and stop having gay sex? No, they fought for their so called rights, and look where society is now. It's the same principle. Pedophiles could say homosexuals are tormentors for not accepting them as they are. It is the exact same argument.

You said "he had no right." Yet for some reason when society says homosexuals have no right society is in the wrong. Using logic you can't be for one and be against the other.

Mr. Uncommon Sense, you tried to cover your ignorant comments but...no dice. 14 year olds are incapable of entering into a consenting relationship because THEY ARE CHILDREN. Period. As for your condescending tone about 'emotion' I guess that's because you ASSume I'm a women and are used to talking down to women like that. Shocker, but entertaining at the same time. lmao

Homosexuality between two consenting adults has nothing to do with pedophilia and only homophobes, such as yourself, relate the two. Most pedophiles in prison today are middle aged, white males who are heterosexual. Look it up honey.

This idiot pedophile, justified his rapes, just like you did, knowing full well he'd face a life sentence if caught. He got caught. He's going to prison for life and no one here cares how it will affect him and his anus, except you and that other idiot on here. Like I said, go visit the rapist if you feel sorry for it.

I don't know if you're a man or a woman, nor does it matter. You're assuming I thought you were a woman. I don't feel sorry for a rapist. I do feel sorry for homosexuals, but I will not condone their behavior. Again, using the homosexual community's own argument: who are you to force your morals on people who choose to enter this type of relationship consensually. You're taking away the rights of these minors to choose their sexual preference. If a minor was gay you wouldn't say, oh no you can't do that. But for them to be straight and have sex with an older person is wrong. Sorry, logic and truth trump emotion.

Consenting adults is the oppperatiive word.Last I heard, 18 yrs of age is legal.I have a problem with ANYONE who has relations with a child gay or straight.People who can't form a relationship with people in there own age bracket is mentally and emotionally incompetant. There are plenty of single available people in this world. When a man(or women)has a physical relationship with minor, there is serious mental issues.Look at all the priests and teachers are preying on our children, are they all gay??Stop STEREOTYPING.SAVE OUR CHILDREN.If I wanted to label you,I would say you are a close minded BIGOT who uses ugly words because your vocabulary is limited. How would you feel if your daughter was attacked by a straight man??I guess it would be okay then, right.I would really like to know you response to that question.

Are all the priests and teachers who are molesting our children Gay.Is it okay to force relations on minor children as long as it's heterosexual sex.How come people who have sex ith animals, such as goats, hogs etc., get more jail time in jail than guys who are in their 30's and 40's get for trying to lay with a minor.Oh that's right,we are below the Mason Dixon Line.

The jail spaced is limited because of the guys who were caught with a little marijuana or people who were caught concerning alcohol infractions.Which is worse,a drunk driver or a rapist????I would say a rapist is far worse.People with addictions to chemicals can seek treatment and probably live much better lives.Rapists on the other hand act out because there minds are not firing properly. There minds are not altered by chemicals, they truely have mental and most likely violent behavior. We can't lock everyone away.Who will foot the bill for all these criminals.Castration is cheaper. He can get out here and work to PAY TAXES LIKE THE REST OF US.I personally have met people who intentionally go to jail for a place to live. The can watch T.V.,workout,and attend school,oh yea, have plenty of HOMOSEXUAL sex.In today's society, I think alot of people have the same plan. There are no easy answers.

I don't feel bad for him at all thank god your not our treasury advisor as imprisonment for life costs the us taxpayers more than you'll probably save in your entire life. Also I don't accept taking of one's life at our expense for a crime, it's proven ineffective.
