Gregg Rackin won't chair Hunterdon County Planning Board in 2010

County Planning Board Chairman Gregg Rackin won't return in that role in 2010. The former Stockton mayor has asked to be reappointed to the board, but he said he and County Planning Director G. Sue Dziamara agreed informally when he became took the helm in 2007 that no member should be chairman for longer than one three-year term.
