Finally, brass to play at Bickford

Finally, brass to play at Bickford

As good as its orchestration is, the non-profit Hanover Wind Symphony couldn't arrange for the recent nor'easter to avoid striking the area and forcing the postponement of the musical group's "Brass at the Bickford" concert March 11. So the event -- featuring music for brass band and brass ensemble, transcribed for wind band -- was rescheduled for Wednesday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m., at the Bickford Theatre in the Morris Museum, 6 Normandy Heights Road, in Morristown. Hanover Wind Symphony euphonium player Adam Freeman, of Newton will be among those performing in "Brass at the Bickford."
