Public to vote on emergency volunteer reward program
Emergency volunteers could gain some perks for their services come November. Both Sparta and Hampton townships will have referenda questions on their general election ballots asking the public whether volunteers should get compensation through the Length of Service Awards Program, or LOSAP.
