Rollover Accident Causes Traffic Delays On Route 7

An early-morning rollover accident sent one person to a local hospital Monday. Steubenville police told NEWS9 the crash happened near Big Red high school just before 6:30 a.m. on State Route 7 in the southbound lanes.
