Chief: Hoarding conditions made fighting fire more difficult
Fighting a fire in Steelton was complicated by hoarding conditions inside the home, according to the borough's fire chief. Crews were able to get the fire under control in about 20 minutes, but the house is considered a total loss because the second floor collapsed.
