2 charged after robbery in Harrisburg
Jamell Holton, 22, of the 500 block of Ridge Street in Steelton, and Latasha Scales, 23, of the 1800 block of Holly Street, Harrisburg, were arrested and charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery after an incident just before 11 last night in the area of South 13th and Market streets, according to the Harrisburg mayor's office.
