Father Charged With Reckless Homicide, Baby Dies
A father is charged with reckless homicide, after his 13 week old baby died at the hospital.
An ambulance was called to the man's house in Star Prairie, Wisconsin last Sunday December 2nd.
22-year old Joshua Schaak told police the infant bumped her head in the bathtub. But, he later admitted to causing the injuries that might have killed his daughter.
On December 2nd, three month old London Sherwood came to Children's Hospital in St. Paul suffering from a serious head injury, eye bleeding and possible rib fracture. Officials at the hospital reported signs of physical abuse to authorities. The baby died two days later. Read more
