A settlement has been announced between the producer of Ice Mountain bottled water and an environmental group that fought for years to prevent or reduce the company's withdrawal of groundwater in Michigan's Mecosta County.

Two people were injured, one critically, in a motorcycle crash Friday night. The crash happened around 5:30pm when police say a 48-year-old Stanwood man failed to yield while driving at Northland Drive and 11 Mile Road and was hit by a motorcycle with two passengers.
