County ends funding for Hamilton Hometowns

One agenda item generated lengthy discussion, debate, and at times disagreement among board members, county supervisors, and the dozen people who attended Tuesday evening's meeting of the board of Hamilton Hometowns. At issue was county funding for the group, originally called SEED , which was started 30 years ago to support economic development in Hamilton County.
