Boy's lawyer: Judge in murder case is biased

The attorney for a 9 -year-old murder defendant in St. Johns is asking that the judge handling the case be removed because of alleged bias against the boy.

They need to get Rid of that Judge. I always knew
he was bias. It showed over and over.
