USCIS St. Albans offices put on lockdown over suspicious package
Police say a suspicious package led to a three hour lockdown at the offices of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in St. Albans Thursday morning. It happened just before 9 a.m. at the USCIS Vermont Service Center on Lower Welden Street.
