Emmick continues on record pace for Griffins

Springville knew it had its hands full with visiting undefeated opponent Pioneer, and the Panthers proved them right, taking home a 49-20 win Oct. 12. Nick Emmick set one new record and eclipsed another that he'd set earlier in the season. The junior signal caller now has 93 completions on the season, surpassing the season total of 73 by Mark Nugent in 1982.
