Bill aims to ease SIDs' library access
“It just basically gives the SIDs the option of signing on with libraries. It doesn't force them to do anything.”
Checking out a library book would be easier and less expensive for Sarpy County residents of sanitary and improvement districts if a proposed bill becomes law. via Gretna Breeze
