Federal lawsuit challenges new Missouri law defining 'meat'
A lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a Missouri meat law that prohibits "misrepresenting" a product as "meat" if it is "not derived from harvested production livestock or poultry" was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Springfield, Missouri.
