Daugaard Says SD Could Get Federal Aid
The governor made his second visit to Sioux Falls since the storm on Tuesday. Daugaard said if damage in the state is at least $1.1 million, South Dakota can request President Barack Obama declare it a disaster, which could mean federal aid.
