Officer Target Of Misconduct Probe

what I'm trying to point out is... why subpoena the Expositor when all the postings they showed were from Topix ?

Dale sent a subpoena to Topix also. But guess what? This is a public OPINION forum. Dale just couldn't stand someone saying something bad about him and made the BRAG to Beverly office staff that HE WAS GOING TO FIND OUT WHO SAID WHAT. Dale knew he was a dirty cop but didn't think he would ever get caught! WRONG!!! Caught up with you didn't it big boy!!! Dale Cheats====== Why try to find out who wrote that? Most have seen it with their own eyes or heard Debbie S. whine and cry about it. Heck Dale, don't get pissed because of things you done========

I think it would take more than a fake subpeoena to get Topix to cough up the names ...I bet the Expositor didn't either ....

Is there any indication whether or not he got the information he was seeking (to identify the people who posted things about him)?

This seeems to me that this has turned into a witch hunt on dale.Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?????From what i have read on the forum or whatever you want to call it, the oppisite has happened. None of you dale naysayers fail to tell that in his 16 year carrer with the sparta police department that there is NOT one mark on his record! So lets hear about that. Dale was a good officer for the city of sparta, And a heck of of alot better than oddies boys!!!!!!

I don’t see that this has much of anything to do with Terry’s murder. It looks to me that this is about a cop possibly abusing his powers to find out who is slandering his name. The only connection to him and Terry’s murder is the very website we are on. He was the brunt of attack on here for a while then it turned to another then another and it is ongoing. I found the most interesting part of the TV story was that the Police was investigating a harassment case the very day Terry was killed am I the only one that caught that?

I caught that too I assumed Mrs Sullivan filed a harrassment complaint because of all the stuff posted on Topix ..which led to the fake subponeas

More fake crap from Dale. Did you catch that Cheryl called Dale to her rescue more times than one? You will see what this has to do with Terry's murder and soon! That's all I can say about it right now..........

She filed it to DIVERT attention because SHE KNEW her husbands life was going to be taken and SHE KNEW by whom. She wanted it to look like someone was harassing her. Who in their right mind would want to harass that women before Terry's murder? Now after the murder, I can see why some would want to harass her especially some UPSET WIVES of the men whom SHE had an affair with. She and the trigger man will be next just wait and see. I didnt watch the video, but from the article I took it as to mean that the day after Terry was murdered she filed harrassment complaint then.
Guess its all in ones perception. And the fact I just woke up and its the first cup of coffee LOLOL.
I sure hope that this investigation is just about someones ego being hurt and not that he tried to cover up evidence in Terry's murder.

Makes one go hmmm.... I know some posts are well just straight BS. Some of this stuff doesnt nothing to help in the investigation of Terry's murder. Some of it does.
I would bet my last dollar that Law Enforcement read these boards, because someone will say something that is an actual tip.
It happen in another case Im following, peices were put together.
The bashing stuff doesnt help, but following evidence does.

Ok I went and watched the video and it did say, she filed the harrassment complaint the day of the murder. Now that makes me go hmmmmmm too, wonder, wondering, oh that complaint can go into many many directions.
Anything else I could add would go into speculation. Sure would be interesting to know what and who the complaint was against.
