Family and friends of murder victim Terry Sullivan have joined forces to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the January 2009 shooting death of the 50-year-old White County man.
Joe Sullivan, Terry’s father, said he has been adamant about offering this reward since the day his son was found murdered at his Oakland Drive home, on Jan. 16, 2009. The reward will be issued to the individual with information “leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved in his [Terry] murder.”
The case was initially handled by Sparta Police Department, with the TBI heading up the investigation. No arrests have been made. However, District Attorney General Randy York had stated during his most recent interview with The Expositor that investigators are diligently pursuing all leads in the case.
Joe and Vauda Sullivan said they hope the reward will encourage someone to come forward who might have information that could pull together the pieces of the puzzle to solve this crime.
Call the TBI at (931) 526-5041, ext. 106. This is the direct line for the Special Agent in charge of the case. Information may also be directed to Joe Sullivan, 738-5904.
