Jury indicts Sparta pharmacist

By TOM HOWELL JR. thowell@njherald.com The owner of the former Sparta Pharmacy was indicted Monday for allegedly making false insurance claims in 2007 and 2008 for medications that customers never ordered, according to court papers.
