The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning at 2:37 p.m. for northern Christian County, southeastern Greene County and southwest Webster County until 3:15 p.m. Doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms from Fremont Hills to Sparta moving northeast at 20 miles an hour.
